AIPropertyMarketing.com provides a listing performance audit and scoring platform for US residential brokerages. The platform evaluates listing marketing quality and generates recommendations and PDF reports.

Not a Valuation Service

Audit scores and recommendations are marketing-structure guidance only. They do not constitute property valuations, appraisals, or guarantees of sale outcomes. Pricing scores reflect data completeness and general positioning, not market value opinions.

Subscription

The platform requires an active subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Brokerage admins are responsible for managing team access.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all listing data, images, and content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your data or use it beyond providing the service.

Limitation of Liability

AIPropertyMarketing.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on audit scores or recommendations.
