Governance & Framework Principles

Operating principles that govern how AIPropertyMarketing.com conducts listing performance evaluation across US brokerages.

A. Independence

AIPropertyMarketing.com operates independently of any brokerage, franchise network, MLS system, or real estate technology vendor. The platform receives no referral fees, affiliate commissions, or revenue-sharing arrangements from any brokerage or listing service provider.

Scoring outcomes are not influenced by commercial relationships. No brokerage receives preferential treatment, adjusted scoring thresholds, or modified evaluation criteria based on subscription tier or partnership status.

B. Deterministic Scoring

All listing evaluations are conducted through a deterministic scoring framework. Given the same listing inputs, the system produces the same score every time. There is no subjective weighting, no creative taste assessment, and no human editorial judgment applied to individual listing scores.

Scoring categories evaluate structural completeness, data integrity, media presence, and market alignment. The framework does not assess aesthetic quality, design preference, or brand presentation style.

C. Non-Competitive Positioning

AIPropertyMarketing.com does not publish public leaderboards, brokerage rankings, or comparative performance tables. The platform is designed as an internal quality management tool, not a competitive benchmarking service.

Brokerage performance data is visible only to authorized members of that brokerage's account. No mechanism exists within the platform for one brokerage to view, compare against, or reference another brokerage's data.

D. Data Isolation

Each brokerage account operates within a fully isolated data environment. Listing data, audit results, team performance metrics, and account configurations are never shared, aggregated, or made accessible across brokerage boundaries.

Data is hosted on US-based infrastructure. No brokerage data is transferred to third-party analytics providers, advertising platforms, or lead generation services. Data retention and deletion follow standard enterprise data governance practices.
