Methodology

How the Structured Listing Quality Standard™ measures, scores, and maintains the integrity of listing performance evaluation.

Scoring Framework

The Structured Listing Quality Standard™ evaluates listings using measurable structural criteria. Each listing is assessed across four audit pillars—structural integrity, presentation precision, media execution, and market fit alignment—producing a composite score that reflects overall listing presentation quality. Criteria are defined at the field level, ensuring granular and repeatable measurement.

Deterministic Scoring Model

All scoring logic is rule-based and deterministic. The same listing, evaluated at the same point in time, will always receive the same score regardless of which brokerage, market, or user initiates the audit. There is no subjective weighting, no machine-learning inference, and no black-box logic. Results are fully reproducible and auditable.

Independence Statement

AIPropertyMarketing.com operates independently. The Structured Listing Quality Standard™ is not influenced by brokerages, advertising platforms, MLS entities, or listing portals. Scoring criteria are developed and maintained solely by the AIPropertyMarketing.com research team. No external party has editorial or operational influence over audit methodology or results.

No Manipulation Policy

Audit results cannot be purchased, sponsored, or influenced. There is no mechanism for any party to alter a listing’s score through payment, partnership, or negotiation. The integrity of every audit is absolute. Scores reflect listing quality as measured against the standard—nothing more, nothing less.

The methodology outlined on this page governs all audits conducted through the AIPropertyMarketing.com Platform. It is subject to periodic refinement as the standard evolves.
